Done and Done. And I mean done.

Hello.
I'm done.
Done and dusted.

Stay tuned for the prequel...

Tuesday 6 November 2012

I Think I'm Done

I just finished putting everything in Final Cut.  Tomorrow I just have to export as an Image Sequence, and as a Pro Res 422, and hand in the DVDs.

I'm basically done.

Feels good, man.

Sunday 4 November 2012

Pro Res-ing

Hello

Im in the Mac labs currently exporting stuff as an Apple Pro Res ready to go into Final Cut and edit this bitch together.

It's nice having computers that actually do things quickly!

Fucking PCs.

Love you.

Glow

Hello

There was a problem with the glow.  It was flickering.  Now it's not.
Thats all.  Not worthy of a blog entry you say?

Yeah, fair enough, you're probably right.

Bye.

Tuesday 30 October 2012

What's left?

1) The crack opening.  I'm gonna get Darrens help tomorrow!

2) The welcome to Hell sign.  it was 3D, but I don't like it, so I'm gonna do it in 2D, tomorrow.

Then I just have to edit the sound together, and export this bitch as an image sequence and Pro Something 422.

Then I have to get a real job...  GULP

Unchained Melody

HA, GET IT? COZ UNCHAINED MELODY WAS PLAYING IN THE MOVIE GHOST! AND I'M GONNA SHOW YOU THE INSPECTOR AS A GHOST!

Shut up, Fairclough.

Enjoy.

Eye Eye, Captain!

Hello
I handed in my extra cheeses today.  I mean extra jesus.  I mean exit pieces.

EXEGESIS!  Thats better.

I'm gonna get things printed on Friday for my press kit, but thats essentially all done now!

I'm hoping to have all my animation done this week, so next week I can spend my time getting the sound done (which shouldnt take too long) and rendering the image sequences, which will take up most of my time!

I have an eye infection, hence the eye eye captain.

I hate Bounnong

HA NOT REALLY
I think he's pretty.

I spent yesterday doing the rollercoaster scene with the minions.  And by me, I mean Jack.

It looks good.  There's a small problem because we never set a camera in Maya, so we had to match up the new camera to the photoshop file I made.  It worked, but there's a small part where it doesnt match up right, and the minions disappear for a brief moment.  It's okay though, it still looks good.

I'm gonna do more press kit now.  Here's the poster.  I based it off the Alvin and the Chipmunks movie poster.

Rollercoaster

Oh, hi.  I didn't see you there.

I did the rollercoaster.  It was painstakingly traced from a 3D model that Jack did.
It took 3 hours or so to trace.  My hand hurts from it.

Now I gotta rotoscrope the cars on it, which is gonna suck to do.  Gulp.

Calmer

Hello
Yesterday I wrote big angry note about my laptop being shitty.
I got all mad and said the F word a lot.

Basically my laptop keeps crashing because the graphics card can't handle it.  Which is annoying, because I bought it because the graphics card was top of the line.

Pretty annoying.  It crashes mainly in After Effects.  Worse comes to worse, I'll have to install After Effects on my other laptop, but I'd really rather leave them seperate.

Shadows

Hi friends.
It's 11:46am on Sunday, and I'm not still in bed.  That's a miracle!

Here's a screencap of the shadows I mentioned.  The res is 100%.
Enjoy.  Also, there's only shadow on one leg at the moment, clearly.  I've rectified that.

Today, I Worked Like A Bitch

Hello.
Today, I worked like a bitch.

I was able to get the foot stomp complete, and I sorted out the problems I had with the Hell background.  That will need to be re-rendered out, and the old footage replaced with that one in After effects.

I also played with shadows.  I found shadows that go on the ground and look amazing, so I'm pretty happy with those.  There's still a bit to go with the shadows on the characters, though.  I found one, Bevel-Shadow I believe it's called.  It looks okay, not great.  And it doesn't seem to show up at all on Lucifer.  But now I think about it, I could have been putting the effect on a different layer!  I'm gonna go double check after this.
EDIT: I must have put it on the wrong layer.  I put it on the right layer and it looks great.

I've almost finished my 2000 word exegesis, and I still have a bit more to talk about.  I need to refer to 3 different academic things, only 1 can be online.  Thats fine though, I have 2 animation books at home I can use.  I just need to decide where to put them in.

Next Tuesday Jack and I are gonna work on the roller coaster shot.  I'm (re: jack) am making a quick mock up in Maya, then I can draw over that, and rotoscrope the car on it, so that I get the angle-ing right.  I think that's gonna be my biggest task, but it doesn't seem impossible.

I'm feeling really confident, but we'll see how I'm feeling in a few weeks.

Extra Jesus

Hello.  At the current moment, I've written 690 words of my 2000 exegesis.  693 if you count my name and the heading.

I rendered my Hell background from After effects, but it didn't work.  I'll try again tomorrow.  It takes 20 minutes to render a 20 second shot, but that's because its giant and detailed.

Speaking of Extra Jesus, my brother in law got baptised yesterday.  Silly boy, doesn't he know religion is silly?

Imaginary Sam

Hello

I havn't done a lot these holidays.  I've worked, but just not done a lot.

I just did the sniff.  Well, the animation for it, I have to re record the sniff.

I need to render out the background with fire.  I have it saved, but my computer went all gay balls on me and was like 'NO RENDERING FOR YOU!'  So I'll do it at uni.  Technically I'm at uni right now, but this computer doesn't like my hard drive because the USB ports on this computer are broken.  GAAAAAY!

I'm really dreading the roller coaster bit.  I just can't see it looking any good.

Josie keeps singing 'I'm Madeline'.  I believe murder is on the cards.

Love you.

Here is a screen shot of the first shot.  There's no fire in there yet, but there will be.

Horologium Arborium

Hello
I've done a nice bat for the piano scene.  I'll put it up soon, when i get after effects to work.
I've done a rough tail animation, Daz-Dawg has stolen the audio to have a play play.
I did some more to the Inspectors arm for the clipboard shot.
Sorting out the devil foot stomp.  I think it'll be After-Effected.
I've done the majority of the credits.  Theres one more I might need to do, not sure yet.
I am the Walrus.  Coo coo, ca-choo.

Oh, also...

SO!
After Effects sucks bollocks.
It keeps crashing on every computer.  Hopefully the kind of decent ones on Thursday will work.
I need CS6, which Sean Mundy has promised me, but keeps forgetting.  And today he didn't turn up.  I sent him a mean message.  He hasn't responded.  Touche.
I'll have more stuff up ASAP

Some stuff, some other stuff, and why Donald Trump is my boss

Hello
So I got about 65% of my milestones done.  So that's good.
Here's a look at the clipboard shot.  Obviously it doesn't have a background yet.

My boss is Donald Trump, because on Friday, I was taken to the office, and told 'You're fired'.
I don't have a job.  I just bought a $500 TV.  Think of how much time I'll have to watch it...
That was the first thing my Dad said when I told him.  He's an ass.

WILL WORK FOR MONEY!

H.R Stuff'n'Stuff

Hello
Yeah, that's right.  That was a H.R Puff'n'stuff reference.  Pow.

Here's some stuff I've done over the last 2 weeks!

First is the background Neale did, mixed with the lovely background that Travis did.  I went into it and took out the white from Neale's background, and put a base color behind it.  I like it.

Next is a screen shot from the Dr Phil "I'm Dr. Phil" shot.

Here's a not-yet 100% finished version of the Elton John Tribute Show blackboardy thing.  It'll be cropped and rotated and turned into more of a sign.

(All But) Finished Art

If you look at the menu above, you will notice there's a new page called "(All But) Finished Art" - On that page is some of the finished art.  I say 'All But', because that way it's not locked in and bits can change if needs be.

I found some awesome blood brushes, and someone said it adds a much darker comedic tone to the story now.  Before it was just a bit of fun, now there's evidence of people getting hurt.  But I like that.  Because it shows that The Inspector isn't even remotely scared of these beings, even though he's seen some of the damage they can do.

Monday 23 July 2012

Please sir, may I have some more?

Hello again for today.

So, pretty productive day!

Jack and I - and by that, I mean Jack - have got the "Welcome to Hell" sign done in 3D in Maya.  It looks awesome.

Found a whole heap of blood Photoshop brushes.  I've gone and put spatters and smears all over some of the shots.

I've decided to get rid of the Bryan Cranston joke.  It's too long, hard to read, and there isn't any payoff.  Thanks anyway, Bryan Cranston!

Hello Friends

Hello friends.  Hi, I'm Jarrod.

It's been a lovely holidays.  I slept well.  Got my ingrown toenail cut out.  It was gross.

So over the holidays I got a few backgrounds and stuff done.  I did the piano hall and it was SHIT!
So yesterday I said to Neale I needed to redo it even though I didn't want to.  He said maybe I should get someone to do it for me.  I agreed.  Then he put his face infront of mine and said Maybe you should get someone to do it for you.  And that's how I asked Neale to do my piano hall background.

I'm looking forward to the semester.  It's daunting, but it'll be good!

Goodbye friends!

Hello
This is the background of the piano hall.  My mate Travis did it (I'll link to his deviantart when I get it).  It's brilliant.  I'm gonna try to put it somewhere else in the film somewhere.

Hello.  Here's my 15 a day.  It started off morphing into Muppet faces, then I got bored, so it became just a bunch of random crap.  I like it.

My production bible is done!  Tomorrow I just have to burn the disc with the animatic etc and I'll be done!

So very very close...

Hello!

I've finished everything!  It's all nice and done and looks great!  I have to print out some stuff tomorrow at Officeworks, because uni charges us like $1 for a color A4 sheet.  As Bruno would say: Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit.

Here's my animatic!  All 3 teachers have signed off on it and said its good.  So that's good.

More Stuff

Hi there

My animatic is finished.  It needs to be rendered, then I'll put it on the blog!

Sound is edited.  The minions are higher pitched.  Lucifer is lower pitched.  I went with a Bill Clinton-esque voice for The Inspector.

It's all basically done, just a little more!

Testing, Testing, 1-2-3!

Hello.  Here are some nice little animation tests for you.

This first one is the flailing arms for the Minions when they're on the roller-coaster.

This next one is a stick figure Lucifer slamming his foot down.

This final one is a cleaned up version of that one.

Bye!

And I Would Write 500 Words, And I Would Write 271 more...

Through out semester one, I’ve been getting all my pre-production stuff done for my animation, ‘The Inspection From Hell’.  It’s been tough work, but I’m making my way through it.  I’ve had issues, and I’ve worked through them and in a matter of a couple of weeks, it should be pretty much ready to go…

My ‘uh-huh’ moment for this animation was about 3 weeks before the start of semester one.  I was sitting at home on my laptop, with my Wacom, playing around in Photoshop, with the sole intention of deciding what my animation would be for the year.  I had been looking through some animations on my hard drive, and one was The South Park Movie.  The film heavily features Satan, and I decided that could be pretty funny.  The original idea was that Hell couldn’t pay its gas bill, so the fire was about to be shut off.  That lead to the idea which I’m doing now, which is Hell is being inspected by OH&S, and is deemed to be unsafe.  It gets shut down, but Lucifer ends up killing the Inspector by accident.  His ghost then comes back and shuts Hell down.

A huge problem I had at the start was designing the character of Lucifer.  No matter what I did, I couldn’t quite get him looking the way I wanted him.  In a class a week or so in, someone (I want to say Josie, but I could be wrong) had the idea of making Lucifer a barely seen character, with just his legs showing, and making him really tall.  That totally made sense, and then the character design of him wasn’t an issue.  The Inspector was a totally different design to what he ended up being.  His original design was much more ‘Simpsons’, and he looked much younger.  Darren showed us a technique of character designing, which was drawing random lines in Photoshop, and then finding a character in those lines.  I ended up with a character far more like the Inspector I have now.  I didn’t like the design at first, so I sat one day and drew around 10-15 designs for the Inspector.  I remembered the Photoshopped character I’d done and drew a character that looked a bit more like him.  That ended up being the Inspector you see today.

Backgrounds have not been an issue at all, because Darren will be doing the majority of those for me, and he has a lot of ideas.  He and I have been discussing them every week, and he’s done incredibly well so far.  I designed the break room, but it was incredibly 2D and flat.  Neale did a quick sketch of it and made it look much more 3D, and I re-did that image in Photoshop.  That background is now complete!

Layout is a bit of a bitch, because the scanning quality isn’t always the best.  In a couple of pictures, the colouring quality isn’t great because the paper colour hasn’t necessarily come out entirely in Photoshop.  But in one image, it gives a nice two-tone effect to the ‘sky’ in Hell!

Voices were recorded yesterday, bar one.  I am doing the voice of The Inspector, Satan, Dr. Phil and the minions.  Josie played a minion known from now on as “Cake Minion”, and my sister is playing the minion who does a bad Dr. Phil impression, but I am yet to record that voice yet.  It was a really fun couple of hours in the recording booth with Josie, Bruno and Tai.

As for non-uni-work-related issues, I have some issues regarding this class which all the teachers know about, it’s not really a secret.  But I’m working on ignoring that issue because it shouldn’t distract me.  As for out-of-uni-issues, I work 3 days a week between 5-9 hours, meaning I can’t do the work then.  On Wednesdays, our day off, I have to go to my uncles house next door because my grandparents are in my house babysitting my niece, and so I can get a bit of work done there.  But they leave early because their old so I spend generally about 2 hours looking after my niece.  And I can’t do any uni work during those 2 hours because she’s 10 months old and she’s all cute and stuff and she just learnt to walk so we have to watch her and stuff and yeah.

So look, it’s all getting there, and I’ll definitely be done by the end of the semester.  Sorry I haven’t blogged in so long.  I am ashamed.

Josie is the best, chuck out the rest…

Jarrod.

Covers, Comparisons and Movement

I've got the production bible sheet on my hard drive, and I've started going through it, crossing things off.  I've done the cover sheet, it looks lovely with the characters on it.
I did a comparison sheet as well.  It's pretty much the same size differences in the storyboards etc.
I did the minion movement board.  I need to do an expression sheet for The Inspector, but that'll only have 3-4 things on it.  Jack gave us an awesome file on facial expressions.

In the next class I'll ask Neale about the couple of shots in the storyboard I'm having trouble with.

I wanna go on holidays now please.

Thursday 3 May 2012

Rough Voices, Storyboards and Model Sheets

I've actually been productive!  That never happens!

So this week - besides my lovely sleep in on Thursday, which I'm not even sorry about - I've been productive!
I've done a rough voice track.  I played all the parts.  I liked The Inspector's voice, and Lucifer's ended up sounding a lot like Sam The Eagle from The Muppets.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PB-wmOYelnM

I've done some Storyboards.  I havn't finished yet, but I will hopefully over the next couple of weeks.  Here's a quick preview.  They're done digitally.

I've also done the Model Sheet for The Inspector, and I've also been doing movement sheets for the Minions.  Here's The Inspector.

I was meant to have some lip-sync tests done by today for Daz-Dawg, but I forgot how to work with sound in Toon Boom.  I just downloaded a few pdf's, and I bought my laptop with me today, so hopefully he can give me a hand today.

I looked at the stats for this blog.  Apparently I'm getting traffic from America and Russia.  Now, I know a few people in America, so that doesn't surprise me.  Russia was a shock.

Have a nice day.

Blog Blog Blog Blog, Blog Blog Blog Blog, Blog Blog Blog Blog, Blog Blog Blog Blog, BLO-BLO-BLO-BLO-BLO-BLOG! CHARGE!

Hello
So the guy from work, Travis, is gonna do the background thing.  So that'll be good!

Yesterday me and Jack Jack Attack sorted out the signpost joke and made it in Maya.  It's all cartoony, and I can move it around to give it a 3Dish look so it isn't flat.  I need to change one or two little things with the texturing, because there's a black line where there shouldn't be etc etc.  Infact, now I think of it, I'll open Maya and get a rendered screen cap.  One moment.  Hang on, you don't have to wait, do you.  I can take 3 hours to get this thing and it'll still only take 3 seconds to read that gap.  But while I'm gone, here's some things to discuss.  A) Hitler was a vegetarian.  B) The duality of man.  C) The idea of Bounnong and Sean Mundy kissing, and D) People named Roy on roids.

Okay, I'm back.  Here's a screen cap of the rendered look.  Keep in mind this needs editing around, spacing out etc.  This is just a bit of a look to see how it appears.

There we go.  Looks good, eh?  As I said, that's not final, but still.  Pretty spiffy!  Thanks Jack (and Josie for helping me just then)

Did you have a good dicussion on the duality of man?  Good.

Bye

I Don't Like Uni Computers

So Blogger has a new look, which doesn't work for Internet Explorer too well, because no-one uses Internet Explorer anymore, because this isn't 2002.  And uni doesn't let us use any other browser.  GET ON THE GOOGLE CHROME TRAIN, HOLMESGLEN!

I'm currently on my way getting backgrounds done.  I've asked a guy I used to work with to do the lovely theatre-ish background for the piano hall scene.  Hopefully he can do it.  Otherwise I might go on Reddit, and surely I'll find someone awesome on there.

I'm gonna start storyboarding in the next day or two.  I'm gonna do that digitally.  I'll finish the thumbnails probably right now and in Neale's class this arvo.  But if the weather keeps up, I'm leaving early.  Coz I don't wanna drive home in peak hour in the rain.

Cheers
Jarrod

Fortnight Off, Forthright On!

That title makes no sense what-so-ever, but it doesn't have to.

Hello friends!
Head on over to the concept art page to see more concept art, including the first finished background of the animation!  IT'S THE BREAK ROOM!  You'll see that there is a draft sketch, but that looked too 2D, so with a bit of help from Neale a while back I made it look more 3D.  I'm really happy with it.

Also featured is some work done by Darren.  He's brilliant, and if I had half the talent he had I'd be more confident for whatever I do next year!

At the moment I'm scouting talent for another background - I want someone who's good at digitial painting to paint a beautiful mountain range with the sun etc for the backdrop in the piano hall.  But I don't want it to be a cartoony thing with a Photoshop effect, or a photo with a Photoshop effect.  A friend of mine is asking her boyfriend for some of his work so I can see, and he only lives 6 houses away from me so that's easy!

I've gotta start sorting out voices, because I want the final voice track recorded by the end of Term 2.  My sister's going to do the minion's voice when it repeats Dr Phil, and I'll do Dr Phil's voice.  I will most probably do The Inspectors voice, too.  But I'll sort that out over the next month or so!

Cheers kids!

Jarrod

Cranston, why are you crying?

The above title has nothing to do with anything.  It's a quote from 30 ROCK, and because I did a thing on Bryan Cranston, I now have it stuck in my head.

Anyway, speaking of which, head on over to that button above that says 'Concept Art' and look at the first drawing.  That was the original design for the sign post at the start.  Now head on down the page and check out the new sign post design.  IT'S THE LONG JOKE FROM EARLIER THIS MONTH!  Aww, it's nice to see it there.  You;d be best right clicking it and selecting "Open In New Tab" to get the full effect.  As I've written, thats concept art, and the actual sign post would be better, with more variety to the signs and stuff.  At the moment its literally the one sign just duplicated 16-17 times.  There was a brief mention by Daz-Dawg a while back that it could be done in Maya to give it a good angled look, but we'll talk.  If that ends up being the case, I'll ask maybe Jack, possibly someone like Mundy-Man to help me with it.

Anyway, nearly done with thumbnails.  I'm gonna do storyboards digitally, although that will mean finding my Wacom pen at home...  It could be in my room...  But my room is a bomb site...  It'll be exactly the same as finding a needle in a haystack...  I'm boned.

Layouty Concepty Big-Heady Drawings...y.

Hello.
Head on over to the concept art page and have a look at some new stuff.   I've done a drawing of The Inspector looking up.  I've since decided it looks like he has a big head.  There's also a quick rendition of the bats in the piano hall.

I drew this pretty picture with the new Wacom, so I decided to show it off here.  I call it "Awww cute doggy...  DEAD DOGGY!"

Six seasons and a movie!

Jarrod.

Ps - Neale is not my wife.

Wednesday 21 March 2012

Concept Art, Dr. Phil, and why I need a Dr now.

Hello.  If you head on over to my 'Concept Art' page, you'll see the final design of The Inspector.  I think he looks a lot more like he sounds in the script, and he has awesome eyebrows, reminiscint (spelling?) of The Swedish Chef from The Muppets.  There's also a picture of a minion.

There's also a concept art version of the break room in which The Minion Devils will be watching "Dr. Phil".  3 will be sitting on the couch watching it, and another will come in from the left with cookies.  The one in the middle will be repeating "I'm Dr. Phil" in a terrible Dr. Phil voice.  That may not be funny to you, but I promise you that my sister will howl with laughter.

I need a Doctor, because I have a terribly sore shoulder.  I think it was from doing some puppetry stuff on Monday.  It's making my whole arm hurt.  Poor me.

Monday 19 March 2012

Video Block, Music and Thumbnails.

In Jack's class today I did my video block.  It was quite quickly done.  It's alright.

Had a look at some music as well just before.  I liked 2 different pieces of music.  One was more Hell-ish, the other was more humorous.  So Mund-dawg came up with the idea of using the Hell-ish music during the opening, and as it begins to pan down the big sign, it changes to the more humorous one when it gets to the "Health Spa" joke and the Bryan Cranston joke.  He's a clever guy, that Sean Mundy.

I've done some thumbnails, and I'm gonna do some more in Neale's class this arvo.

I still need to work on voices.  Ben Stein.

Monday 12 March 2012

Some Stuff That Ive Doned

Yes, that's right.  I wrote doned.  Deal with it!   ---   I'm so white.

I've basically designed The Inspector now.  He looks a lot different to how he looks in the concept art on here.  I'll get a picture up ASAP, as well as a whole heap of other designs I did for him.

The shot list is still getting sorted out a bit.  I wrote a quick thing for it this morning, now I need to edit it in Word, which I might do when I finish this post.

The script is locked in.  In the next few weeks I want to do a rough soundtrack.  I'm still deciding on voices.  I'm still 99% sure I'm going to do The Inspector.  I feel like he'd have a Ben Stein voice.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dxPVyieptwA  That's Ben Stein.  I need to work on my Ben Stein voice...  Ben Stein.

There's also little minions.  They'll be walking in the background, very simply animated.  Their main role is the shot with the roller coaster.  Maybe one hammering in the last sign on the sign post in the opening gag.

Can it please be holidays now?

... Ben Stein.

Wednesday 7 March 2012

Production Proof

At the moment, I'm doing my production proof, figuring out all the elements, what I will and won't need, specifically for the shot of The Inspector falling through the crack in the ground.  I spent a couple of hours in Photoshop creating this image.  It's also going to go into the "Concept Art" page.
Cheers!

Monday 5 March 2012

Shot List and Daz-Dawg and Motherfu

I did the shot list today.  I put on some rough timing estimates, so I had some idea of how long it'd be.  It's running at about 92 seconds, which includes 13 seconds for the Breaking Bad sign joke.  Once I've done a rough recording of the sound I'll have more of an idea of timing!

Also, Darren 'Daz-Dawg' Bell has graciously offered to give me a hand with the backgrounds.  That means less work for me, and he's good at that stuff so we're ready and raring to go!

I've added a bit at the end after The Inspector ascends to Heaven.  There is a close up of Lucifer's legs, he stomps his foot again, and yells out 'MOTHERFU--" and then we cut to black.

I'm gonna call this thing "Horologium Arborium (Time of Trees)"

Scriptingness and a Joke Idea That Could Take Way Too Long

Draft 3 is now up.  I've gotten rid of the Ashton Kutcher reference.  And the Joey reference.  And the Joanie loves Chachi reference.  I did insert a Dr Phil reference, but I think losing 3 and gaining 1 isn't too bad!

Otherwise it's pretty much the same.  In the shot with the signs, I'm trying to think of a different joke to take over from the 'Frankie Muniz's Career' one.  I'm probably going to go all Looney Toons style and have a really long sign, with the following gag:

The sign begins panning from the top down.  A new line indicates a different sign.

FIRE PIT --->

DEADLY SNAKES --->

DEMON DOG --->

<--- HEALTH SPA

<--- EVERYONE FROM 'MALCOLM IN THE MIDDLE'S' CAREER

BESIDES THE DAD

HE'S IN BREAKING BAD

MAN, HOW GOOD IS BREAKING BAD?

WHAT'S HIS NAME AGAIN?

BRYAN SOMETHING?

CRANBERRIES?

CRANSTON!

BRYAN CRANSTON

ANYWAY...

WHERE WERE WE?

OH YEAH.  HELL.

There's now some concept art up.  They're all just photos of drawings.  There's a few more to go on, they'll be up soon!
Cheers!

Scriptinging

I've written one draft of the script, and it had mixed reviews.  Sean really liked it, where as Jack said he doesn't quite 'get it'.  The whole joke is that The Inspector is listing ridiculous things that are unsafe in Hell, things that you wouldn't expect, such as a roller coaster, and the 'Joey' spin off playing on a loop.  Where as Jack said it should be the other way, and The Inspector thinks there isn't enough fire, or the people aren't in enough pain etc etc.  Which I don't think is overly funny.  OH CONTROVERSEY AND WE'RE ONLY IN WEEK ONE!  I'm writing the second draft now, and I've gotten rid of a few jokes and written new ones.  I've got a great 'Joanie Loves Chachi' reference.  And an Ashton Kutcher reference.
I really like the design of Lucifer's legs.  He'll have ripped shorts on.

Fare the well...

In The Beginning...

In the beginning, Jarrod created the heaven and the hell...

This years animation is called "The Inspection From Hell", all about Hell being inspected by OH&S.  After it's deemed to be unsafe, The Inspector decides to shut it down.  Unfortunatly, he is killed by falling through a crack in the floor, but his ghost immediatly returns and shuts it down.

It's going to be dialogue heavy, which Neale is wary against, but Jack and Daz-Dawg seem to think it'll be fine.  I'm going to star as The Inspector, and probably Lucifer as well.  Lucifers face won't be shown, just his legs and hoofs.  Hoofs?  Hooves?  Goat feet.
